OUR MISSION:

My Story

I grew up in the English countryside, studied Marine Biology and then moved to London to build a career in the corporate world. I led teams delivering major technology programmes for banks, supermarkets and retailers, travelled the world and learned the realities of high-performance business.

But I wanted something more.

So I sold everything, bought a motorcycle and set off across South America. I travelled thousands of kilometres from Colombia towards Patagonia and back, fell in love with the wild Andes and eventually bought a dilapidated farm outside a small Colombian farming town.

I rebuilt the farm, found the horses and began taking people deep into the Andes Mountains.

Something unexpected happened. The adventures started changing people.

Working with horses, swimming in wild rivers, crossing remote mountain trails and staying with local farmers seemed to reconnect people with something they had lost – themselves, each other and the world around them.

That was when I realised adventure could be much more than adventure.

It could be transformation.

From Adventure to Leadership

Today, I bring that same spirit into leadership experiences, connecting inspirational Colombian leaders with people from around the world.

We don’t sit in a conference room and talk about transformation.

We go and meet the people who actually transformed something.

We hear how they did it, what they faced and what they learned. Then we take those conversations into the mountains, into nature and into experiences that challenge the way we see ourselves and the world around us.

Because sometimes you don’t need another leadership theory.

You need a different perspective.
